Installation and Usage
Check for Damage: Before installation, check if the component is damaged during transportation.
Correct Gas Flow Direction: Pay attention to the gas flow direction and the correctness of the pipe thread type during installation. The working medium must be filtered through a 40μm filter.
Technical Requirements: Ensure that the installation conditions meet the technical requirements such as voltage, operating frequency, working pressure, and working temperature range.
Avoid Vibration and Cold: Avoid using the valve in a vibrating environment and take anti-freeze measures in low-temperature conditions.
Pipe Connection: When connecting pipes, pay attention to the correct winding of the sealing tape and the cleaning of the pipe joints to avoid impurities or foreign objects entering the valve body.
Dust-proof: It is recommended to install a silencer or silencer throttle valve at the exhaust port. When not in use, dust covers should be installed on the air inlet and outlet ports.
Manual Debugging: During the whole machine debugging, it is recommended to debug manually first, and then debug with electricity
