Product Description
This product can be used for welding repair of household small and thin copper aluminum iron stainless steel products, as well as for welding repair of dissimilar metals such as copper and aluminum, copper and iron, copper and stainless steel, aluminum and iron, aluminum and stainless steel, iron and stainless steel, etc. This product is a tool for welding and repairing small and thin parts. The thinner the welding part, the better the welding effect. This product is not suitable for use in castings such as cast iron, cast copper, cast aluminum alloys that are too hard and thick, as well as in important industrial load-bearing applications.
Product welding operation process
1. Before welding, the rust, oxides, oil stains, paint, coatings, etc. on the metal surface of the welding joint must be cleaned to expose the material of the metal itself, otherwise the welding rod will not stick to the welded part. 2. Heat the welded part of the workpiece to a certain temperature with medium heat and then add the welding rod to continue heating. After the welding rod melts and fills the weld seam, immediately turn off the heat.
3. After welding, the workpiece can be automatically cooled or sprayed with water for cooling before welding can be completed.
Note: If the welding rod melts into a spherical object during the welding process and does not stick to the welded part, after confirming that the welding part is clean, continue heating the welded part.
