This product is a Push-In Male Elbow Pneumatic Fitting designed for quick and secure connection of plastic or nylon tubing in compressed-air systems. The body is made of high-strength white engineering plastic (PVC/PA), while the threaded end is precision-machined copper for durability and leak-free sealing.

The 90° elbow design allows pipelines to change direction without bending the tubing, reducing flow resistance and installation space. Suitable for use in pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, air compressors, and industrial automation equipment.

Tube Connection：
Step 1 — Cut the tubing squarely at a 90° angle using a tube cutter for a clean, burr-free end.
Step 2 — Verify tube OD matches the fitting. Push the tube firmly and straight into the fitting until it reaches the internal stop (you should feel a click).
Step 3 — Gently pull the tube back to confirm the collet has engaged. The tube should resist removal.
Step 4 — Pressurize system gradually and check for leaks using soapy water solution.

Tube Release：
Step 1 — Depressurize the system completely.
Step 2 — Push the collet ring toward the fitting body while simultaneously pulling the tube straight out.
