   Gold Magic Sand Base Treatment  🔥
1. Ground Inspection: Ensure the base is level with a deviation of no more than 3mm (measured with a 2m straightedge), has a compressive strength of at least 20MPa (for cement floors), and a moisture content of no more than 7%.
2. Defect Repair: Grind off any floating slurry or peeling, and fill in any cracks or holes (using epoxy putty or cement mortar).
3. Cleaning and Dust Removal: Vacuum or rinse with a high-pressure water gun to ensure there is no oil or dust residue. 
When is the primer needed for Golden Magic Sand?
1️⃣ Cement base:
1. Roll on Golden Magic Sand primer
2. Apply Golden Magic Sand
2️⃣ Tile base (dense type):
1. Apply Golden Magic Sand
(Grinding provides better results than not grinding)
Before large-scale construction, please conduct a small-scale test first. Only proceed with large-scale construction after confirming no abnormalities. If it is impossible to determine whether the base is damp or alkaline, use the primer as a base coat uniformly. 
The primer application can be done with 50% water added in the first coat and no water in the second coat (penetrating the ground). The topcoat can be applied after 6 hours of the primer.
