Description
BHT heat shrink terminal is a widely used waterproof insulation product in the field of electrical connections, mainly used for wire connections and providing waterproof insulation protection.
Material composition:
The outer layer is made of high-quality cross-linked polyolefin material, which has insulation, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance characteristics
The inner layer is made of hot melt adhesive, which has a low melting point, waterproof sealing, and high adhesion
Structural features:
Form a uniform sealing layer after heat shrinkage
The distance from the edge of the crimping point to the edge of the heat shrink tube shall not be less than 10mm
The welding joint position should be within the specified range (8-13mm from the top of the single end, and the two ends should be in the middle)
If transparent heat shrink tubing is used, there should be no visible bubbles inside the tubing after heat shrink
