Working Principle:
The pilot – operated three – way vacuum valve controls the opening and closing of the pilot valve through electromagnetic force or other external forces, thereby affecting the working state of the main valve. In a vacuum system, when it is necessary to change the gas flow direction, adjust the gas flow rate, or cut off/connect the pipeline, a signal is applied to the pilot valve. The pilot valve opens or closes, guiding the control gas flow into different chambers of the main valve, pushing the main valve core to move, and realizing different connection states among the three channels, so as to meet the vacuum control requirements of the system.
Structural Design

Valve Body Material: It is made of anodized aluminum, which is lightweight and corrosion – resistant. It can adapt to a variety of working environments, prolonging the service life of the valve.

Valve Core Components: The two valve cores are made of Vulkollan® and installed on a stainless – steel rod. This material has good wear – resistance and sealing performance, which can effectively reduce internal friction and dynamic stress, ensuring the stable operation of the valve.

Diaphragm and Spring: It is equipped with a diaphragm made of special material for servo – control and a thrust spring for the reciprocating motion of the valve core. The diaphragm can accurately control the movement of the valve core, and the thrust spring ensures the rapid reset of the valve core after action, enabling the valve to respond quickly.

Suction Fluid Temperature: – 5℃ to + 60℃. There are certain restrictions on the temperature of the suction fluid to ensure that the performance of the valve is not affected within this temperature range.

Valve Port Diameter: The port size is G1/4", and the throttle hole size is 8.5 mm.
