Structural features
1.Pilot diaphragm structure:
The pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers is rapidly formed, and the pressure of the fluid itself is used to maintain the valve's opening and closing, energy saving and environmental protection, and the electrification time is longer.

Precautions
Selection, this kind of solenoid valve is not suitable for the following media:
●Liquid at high temperature, solid when cooled
●Corrosive fluid
●Fluids with viscosity over 20CST
●Note that the pilot solenoid valve has the minimum pressure requirements, the low pressure ●system is recommended to use the direct acting solenoid valve (general low pressure refers to 0.15MPa)
When installing, please note:
●Impurities in the pipeline must be cleaned up before installation.
●Install the solenoid valve, the arrow mark on the valve body, should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline.
●The parameters of the label on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the actual use requirements, especially pay attention to the rated voltage marked.
In order to prolong the service life, the filter should be installed in the front of the solenoid valve
Maintenance protection
Lead head noise:
●Check whether there is a foreign body in the leader head. If there is a foreign body, take it out and energize it to check whether the problem is solved.
●Check moving iron core, static iron core, if there is uneven surface, replace the iron core, electrify the work to check whether to solve the problem.
Lead beep:
●Check whether the top nut is loose, tighten the coil after shaking it twice, and check whether the problem is solved when the coil is energized.
Leakage:
●Check whether the diaphragm is broken. If so, replace the diaphragm.
●Check whether the sealing surface of the valve body is smooth. If not, please replace the valve body.
●Check whether there is a foreign body in the valve body, if there is a foreign body, please disassemble the product, remove the foreign body.
No power:
●Check whether the coil lead connection is firm. If it is not firm, please disassemble the lead and reconnect it.
●Check whether the coil is burned out, if it is burned out, please replace the coil.
1.There is air at the inlet end of the valve, but no response at the outlet end. Generally, it is a circuit problem. Please check the circuit connection.
The solenoid valve with DC24V voltage will have problems such as coil heating and difficulty in attracting for a long time. The solutions are as follows: stop working and let the solenoid valve rest for a period of time before using it.
2.It is normal for the coil temperature to be around 75-100, and there is no need to worry about this phenomenon during the customer's use.
3.Before installing the solenoid valve, first remove all kinds of dust and sundries in the pipeline and install the filter device. When connecting the pipeline, pay attention that the stop tape cannot exceed the tooth end surface.
